One of the more strange Ads

One of the more strange Ads - Possibly one of the strangest adverts I've ever clocked on the London bus network. Interesting way of getting word out and you would think not the most effective in terms of targeting a specific demographic. Or have Londoners unwittingly walked into a giant Oyster user profiling dragnet?
